Return Policy

We offer a 30-day refund policy that you will be 100% satisfied or we will refund your purchase price.   Unfortunately, we can not refund shipping and handling fees.  The 30-day period begins on the date ordered. 

The software is delivered via download but a CD and user guide are also shipped with a tamper-proof envelope that contains the registration code.  This envelope must be returned unopened along with the CD and manual before the 30-day period expires.  Please note that opening the registration envelope voids the return privilege.

All returns must be pre-authorized. Refunds will not be made on unauthorized returns. You must get authorization prior to returning purchased material. You must contact us in advance or you will jeopardize your timely request for a refund. We highly recommend all returns be sent with proof of delivery.

If you purchased the software from one of our partners, then you MUST have them process your refund.  We will NOT have records of your purchase and, as a result, will not be able to honor your request.   Returning the item to us will only delay your refund, and it may jeopardize it if the software is not returned to the vendor within the specified period.
